from a friend who has known me and worked with me for more than 5 years.

今天真的糟透了，我真討厭這樣的自己，好像看甚麼也不順眼，做甚麼都在徒時間。這樣不好，如果一直這樣子的話，我便甚麼也做不成了。說到底也只是工作罷了，不要讓它把我的生活都給攪亂了。

這是今天的目標一。
